Our partner, MiellGreen, has developed an innovative method for processing plastic waste, which is used to produce high-quality, environmentally friendly plastic profiles. The structural elements they produce are superior to traditional wooden elements in terms of durability, water resistance, chemical resistance, thermal and sound insulation, recyclability, and long-term cost-effectiveness. Due to the material’s advantageous properties, it has significant potential for a wide range of applications. Among other things, it can be used as flooring, pallets, fencing, flower boxes, and playground equipment. There is significant international interest in MiellGreen’s products—from Canada, through Europe, and the Middle East, all the way to China. To ensure safe operation, we virtually tested the components, taking into account the loads associated with their intended use. Since the material is a special composite, our first task was to determine its mechanical properties. Using these, we parameterized a virtual material model, which we later used to analyze the actual structures under static and dynamic loads through simulations. Virtual modeling made it possible to test a large number of structures and select the ideal geometric parameters.
We used our CAD and CAE capacity to create a better world. If you are looking for simulation engineer or mechanical engineer to optimize your product, we are here to support you.
